Account protection
Protect your Elite Private Rides account credentials. Use a unique password for email/password accounts, keep your device updated, and sign out on shared devices. Enable device lock screens. You are responsible for activity that occurs while your account is signed in on your device.
Verification codes
One-time verification codes confirm that you control a phone number or email address during sign-in or registration. Elite Private Rides support will never ask you to share those codes. Do not forward codes to anyone. If you did not request a code, ignore it and contact support@eliteprivaterides.com.
Trusted devices and sessions
Sign-in may create a session on your device. If you lose a device or believe someone else accessed your account, change your password (when applicable), remove the session from in-app account settings when available, and contact support promptly.
Phishing protection
Attackers may impersonate Elite Private Rides by email, SMS, or messaging apps. Official links use https://eliteprivaterides.com only. We will never ask for your password, full payment card details, or one-time verification codes. Hover or long-press links before opening them. When in doubt, open the app or type the official domain yourself.

Use in-app help when available, the Support page on this website, or email support@eliteprivaterides.com. Privacy requests: privacy@eliteprivaterides.com. Legal: legal@eliteprivaterides.com. Do not trust unverified social accounts or phone numbers that claim to represent Elite Private Rides unless published on this official site.
Reporting suspicious activity
If you receive a suspicious message, notice unexpected account changes, or believe your account was compromised, email support@eliteprivaterides.com from the address on your account. Include the approximate time and channel (email/SMS/app) — do not include passwords or full payment details.
Privacy and data handling
How we collect and use information is described in the Privacy Policy. We use industry-standard transport security (HTTPS) on this website. Additional app protections (such as authentication and integrity checks) help reduce abuse; we do not publish implementation details that would help attackers.
Emergency disclaimer
Elite Private Rides support is not an emergency response service. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent medical or police help, contact local emergency services first. When it is safe, you may also notify Elite Private Rides support about a trip-related safety incident.
