1. Commitment

Elite Rides aims to make https://eliteprivaterides.com reasonably accessible to people with disabilities. This Accessibility Statement is a DRAFT for attorney and accessibility-specialist review.

2. Standards

We strive to align the website with WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criteria where feasible, including readable text contrast (subject to brand constraints), keyboard navigability for primary flows, and meaningful labels for interactive controls.

3. Measures We Take

• Semantic HTML structure for legal and marketing pages • Language attributes for English and Spanish UI chrome • Security headers that do not intentionally block assistive technologies • Ongoing fixes when barriers are identified

4. Known Limitations

• Some third-party embeds (for example payment onboarding when Stripe Connect is enabled) are controlled by third parties • The mobile Driver app has a separate accessibility roadmap and may not yet meet the same web targets • Legal documents are currently published in English; Spanish legal translations are pending attorney review
