Practical ways to exercise privacy choices for the Elite Rides Driver Services.

1. Overview

This Privacy Choices notice (DRAFT — attorney review required) summarizes how you can control certain privacy settings and make requests. It complements the Privacy Policy.

2. Device Permissions

In your phone settings you can control: • Location (precise / background) — required to go online and complete trips • Camera — required for identity selfies and document capture • Photos/files — if you upload from library • Notifications — required for FCM trip and account alerts Revoking permissions may limit or disable Driver features.

3. Access, Correction, and Deletion

• Update certain profile fields in the app • Request access or correction by emailing privacy@eliteprivaterides.com • Delete your account via in-app Delete account (re-auth required) or by contacting privacy/support — see Account Deletion Policy We may verify your identity before fulfilling requests.

4. Marketing Preferences

Transactional and safety messages will continue while you have an account. For marketing emails (if any are sent), use unsubscribe links or email support@eliteprivaterides.com.

5. Do Not Sell / Share

Elite Rides does not sell personal information for money. We do not use identity verification photos for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change in a way that triggers "sale" or "sharing" opt-out rights under state law, we will provide a clear opt-out method after counsel review.

6. Appeals Related to Account Actions

Privacy rights requests are different from suspension appeals. For suspension/deactivation appeals, use the Appeal Policy. For privacy rights appeals (where required by law after a denied request), email privacy@eliteprivaterides.com with subject "Privacy Request Appeal."
