Your consent to receive electronic communications from Elite Rides related to the Driver Services.
1. Consent
By creating an Elite Rides Driver account or using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from Elite Rides (DRAFT — attorney review required). This consent covers transactional and operational messages necessary to provide the Services.
2. Types of Communications
We may send: • Account, security, and verification messages (email and in-app) • Push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), including trip requests, suspension notices, and safety alerts • In-app inbox messages • Policy updates and legal notices • Support responses • Optional product tips or marketing emails only if you opt in or as otherwise permitted by law (you may opt out of marketing without opting out of transactional messages)
3. Delivery Requirements
To receive push notifications you must grant notification permission on your device and maintain a valid FCM token. Email communications require a working email address on your account.
4. Opting Out
• Marketing emails: use unsubscribe links or contact support@eliteprivaterides.com • Push notifications: disable in device settings (may limit your ability to receive trip requests) • You cannot opt out of certain transactional or safety-related messages while you maintain an account and still receive full service
5. Electronic Signatures and Records
You agree that electronic acceptances (including checking boxes or continuing use after notice) may satisfy signature and writing requirements to the extent permitted by the ESIGN Act and similar laws. Counsel will finalize any market-specific e-sign language.
