How drivers can appeal suspensions, deactivations, and certain eligibility decisions.

1. Overview

This Appeal Policy (DRAFT — attorney review required) explains how you may request review of certain Elite Rides decisions affecting your driver account, including suspensions and related eligibility actions.

2. What You Can Appeal

Typically eligible for appeal: • Account suspension • Deactivation for policy violations (where we offer review) • Certain verification failures when you believe there was an error Generally not appealable through this process: • Outcomes required by law enforcement legal process • Decisions already finally determined after a prior appeal on the same facts • Ordinary fare adjustments without account restriction (use support instead)

3. How to Submit an Appeal

1. Open the Elite Rides Driver app and use the Appeals flow (when available), or email support@eliteprivaterides.com with subject "Driver Appeal" 2. Include your account email, approximate date of the action, and a clear explanation 3. Attach relevant supporting materials (for example updated documents) if applicable Appeals submitted in-app may create an appeal record reviewed by authorized reviewers/admins.

4. Review Process

• Appeals may move through statuses such as open, in review, resolved, or denied • Reviewers may examine trip history, location integrity, verification records, and prior conduct • If an appeal is resolved in your favor, we may reactivate your account or clear a suspension • We aim to review in a reasonable time but do not guarantee a specific SLA in this draft

5. Outcomes

Possible outcomes include upholding the original decision, modifying it, or reversing it (including reactivation). We will communicate the outcome through the app and/or email when practical.

6. Good Faith

Submit accurate information only. Fraudulent appeals or abusive submissions may result in further account action.
