Technical and behavioral rules for using Elite Rides Driver systems acceptably and lawfully.
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) (DRAFT — attorney review required) sets technical and behavioral rules for using Elite Rides Driver apps, APIs, websites, and related systems.
2. Permitted Use
You may use the Services only to participate as an eligible driver (or applicant) on the Elite Rides platform, using official applications and documented features.
3. Prohibited Use
You may not: • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, Firestore data, Storage objects, or Cloud Functions • Bypass, disable, or spoof Firebase App Check, attestation, or abuse-protection controls • Use emulators, rooted/jailbroken devices, or modified clients to evade security when prohibited by our integrity rules • Scrape, harvest, or bulk-export data except through features we provide • Interfere with FCM, Crashlytics, or other operational telemetry in a way that hides fraud • Upload malware or unlawful content • Manipulate GPS/location, trip state machines, or earnings • Resell access to the platform or share credentials • Use the Services for any illegal purpose
4. Monitoring and Enforcement
We may monitor for abuse using security logs, App Check signals, rate limits, and fraud indicators. Violations may result in suspension, deactivation, and referral to law enforcement when appropriate.
